  concert for fallen Chicago musician and sound man Jamie Duffy. The origin
 al event\, a 14-band affair over a single night\, served as a springboard 
 to what is now a 2 day showcase at Metro. The effort made that first Septe
 mber evening to raise money for Jamie's family\, has now grown into a fund
 raiser for Hope for the Day\, a local suicide prevention charity.\n\nThis 
 year's preliminary announcement showcases rarity and innovation in the wor
 ld of industrial music: From the UK: GODFLESH\, Justin Broaderick's metal 
 mammoth\, and influential party starters POP WILL EAT ITSELF lead the char
 ge\, along with Canadian teutonic godfathers FRONTLINE ASSEMBLY. Australia
 's avant garde electronic maestro's SEVERED HEADS and Wax Trax! original r
 ecording artist LEAD INTO GOLD (featuring Paul Barker of Ministry and RevC
 o) grace a US stage for the first time in over 20 years. Finally\, we are 
 very proud to host a special performance from LUSTMORD\, onetime member of
  SPK and a founder of the dark ambient genre.\n\nA limited amount of disco
 unted 2-day passes go on sale at www.metrochicago.com Friday\, April 10\,
