VARAHA is a Chicago nostalgic/post/metal/doom/rock four-piece that is loaded and ready to rock your faces off. Starting in 2013, the current lineup consists of Fabio Brienza (Vocals, Guitars), Joel Hollis (Guitars), David Swanson (Drums), and Brian Gold (Bass). Their debut EP is in the works and will be hitting the streets real soon now. We’re pumped as all-get-out to welcome these dudes to The Bottle stage for the first time! CLOSE THE HATCH is a post-metal act from Dayton, Ohio. Basically just four people making noise with instruments, but REALLY damn good noise that you can’t get enough of. Openng the evening is DISROTTED, formed in mid 2013 by members of other local bands such as PIT OF SPIKES, SICK/TIRED, HATE, and HARPOON with the mindset of playing slow, depressing, funeral paced doom infused with death metal. This is the bleak soundtrack for entering the void.
