Benefit Show for RICK LANCASTER ft: WHUT? – ADD – CTP – The Streets, Pimp Bizkit
On Sunday August 16th the local music scene comes together to help one of our own, RICK LANCASTER.
If you don’t know Rick, he is a musician, photographer, DJ, all around great person and a huge music fan. He is normally the 1st one at the show and last one to leave, always spending his free time supporting and promoting the music scene. And NOW is our chance to give back to him!!!
Over the last couple years Rick has had to spend quite a bit of time in the hospital. in 2015 it has been the endless fight for him to just get a few days away from it. As anyone can imagine not only does this take a toll on ones mental health, but when you can’t work due to illness it takes a huge toll on them financially along with their family.
By now I bet you are wondering whats wrong with Rick?
Im not a doctor and mess up all these bing medical terms and words, but in simple terms Rick needs a liver transplant and as of 7/14/2015 and years of waiting he has finally been added to the waiting list. now this is a huge step forward, but he is still needs all of our support.
With this event, we are hoping to help ease the burden of worry on Rick and his family and his financial needs while he is waiting to get his new liver.
